Info for tenants
1. For us to be able to find your ideal property please provide us with following information:
2. Viewings can be arranged by appointment Monday – Friday 10 am – 6.30 pm Saturdays 10 am – 3.30 pm 3. Once you have found a
suitable property you will be asked to put a holding deposit
with us which is min. 4. In order to effect a letting Excel Properties will ask you to provide us with the following documents:
Students: · A copy of College or University ID · Guarantor’s letter · Guarantor’s ID · Past landlord references; if not, Personal Tutor references 5. Once the Landlord confirms that they would like to proceed we will prepare a tenancy agreement to be signed by both parties. 6. Financial schedule: Before you move-in into your new home you will be asked to pay the following in clear funds (i.e. the money needs to be in our account). · 1 month’s rent in advance · 1 month’s deposit (some landlords may require more) · £55 reference check fee (per person) 7. How to calculate your monthly rent? weekly rent x 52
